After 20 years of rewarding collaboration with talented colleagues, a concerning trend has emerged with SOME hires from low cost go. Despite strong resumes and expertise claims on LinkedIn, they have struggled with basic tasks in their purported areas of proficiency. This discrepancy between claimed skills and actual capabilities has led to project delays and significant frustration. It hindered the whole company, but the SLT, LT, XLT, and WHATEVER self-claim leadership teams do not care and will never care.

I dont see a problem. Sounds like they fit right in at GF.
Most other companies won’t look twice at a GF employee. Many companies will outright say they won’t hire anyone from GF. Globalfoundries does have a reputation within our industry. Like it or not you can ignore it all you want but fact is it is true and real. Good luck job hunting
SLT made the decision to outsource jobs so there is no way they would admit the outsourced resources can't do the job. The leadership team at GF is totally focused on cost cutting only and they are running the company into the ground and cashing in on their personal finances only!! Fire them all and start over!!!!!!!!
