It feels like we're overdue for the VP/SVP shuffle. For many of them, their incompetence is starting to show and we can't have that. They need to be moved around to allow them a chance to unsuccessfully climb up different learning curves and buy some more time to hide their woeful inadequacies. Also a good opportunity to eliminate some white males so we can hit or maybe exceed our corporate stip target for executive female diversity for the year. I recommend HR VP take over ISU and our Operations SVP take on Finance.
