There seems to be a disconnect between selling coffee and selling medications Hmmm odd My great grandmother could have seen that failure coming

Roz was a sham. Only reason she received the role was timing. It was at the height of the DEI craze and Me2 movement. And look how that worked out for the company. Women should be mad as heck at her as she hurt them more than anything else....

Why are you mad at Roz contract? Why not take your frustration out on the board and the powers that be who approved that lucrative contract. 🤷‍♂️

Brilliant post about Roz. How is this not obvious to everyone, and when will someone simply say it's time for a clas action lawsuit. All the monies most by employees, All the long term employees who left because of the train wreck she created. Someone should pay, it ought to be her, but it certainly should be WAG. Complete train wreck and so painful to watch.

You don’t ride out a contract when the individual’s actions & clear incompetencies are literally crippling the company🙄🙄 When there is cause for termination, there is no buy out. But then, WBA is the only company ever to ‘fire’ a CEO & then pay her nearly $400k/mth for another 6mths to ‘advise & consult’🥴 Advise & consult on what??? How to destroy a once thriving business in record time???🤪
Of course, that brought her to her full vesting period to receive her $23mil sign on bonus. When one does the math- monies & time spent at WBA, Brewer made $108k a DAY!!! The vast majority of store employees won’t ever see that in a YEAR, even those w 10, 15, or 20 years of dedication & loyalty to the company. Once again- the entire Board should be investigated.

Best bet is Brown was Brewer’s final payout- a demand & deal that her ‘friend’, despite no skills or qualifications, keep her job/title for a certain period of time or until Brewer finds another company to destroy & moves Brown over with her- again.

Isn’t WAG just waiting for her contract to expire vs. making another early termination payout?
