Thread regarding Nielsen layoffs

Nielsen Time Clock Plus (TCP) Shenanigans?

Noticed today that when going on break and hitting the “submit” button my time on break immediately went to 1 minute, versus the usual 0 minute when first entering into your break. Watch the minute go by then it registered 2 while only on break for 1.

Asked around and others are seeing the same, so is this Nielsen’s shady way of shaving employee break time down?

Although only a second … that times a global workforce of 10K+ over a year is quite significant, and just shady IMO.

With the company / hedge fund trying to wring out as much as they can from employees I wouldn’t put this past them, so keep an eye on it and let us know your results!

What is wrong with everyone? Stop with everything being a conspiracy to S**w the employee. Please get some help, thinking this way cannot be healthy.

"This is nothing new....tc calculates based on the whole minute. So if you went on break at 9:00:45, yes in 15 seconds it will register that minute as passing. Everyone knows to wait until it reads all 0s to get the whole minute...."

Thanks for the reply. That's what happened. Clocked out at XX:XX:02 and it immediately went to 1 minute. Strange as I always take the route that you described (all 0's). I'll keep an eye on it.

“and you're on the clock posting here? you're JOKE +PLUS . thats my findings .“

Definitely Team India based on the above. No explanation needed, and keep posting my friend so Nielsen’s clients can see what they will be dealing with.

No dummy. They’re OFF the clock posting what had happened when going on break. A little reading comprehension training and new spellchecker possibly?
