Guys, I am Beau! I am in the process of requesting IP addresses and names of all the people who posted a comment here. This will not be tolerated.
Two years ago our manager was able to sell to his manager that we didn't have enough people. Truist went out and spent millions on contractors from the vendor to do our work for us. Freed us up to get shadow jobs. Unfortunately I think wasteful spending like this is why we're now getting outsourced to Accenture. Was a good ride while it lasted.
Do all the people with active real estate licenses selling on the side count as shadow jobs? I let mine go because of the ethics policy but I know a lot of people are still selling on the side.
Paid it off last year.
