For a leadership team that claims to be transparent that couldn’t be more further from the truth. Town hall and multiple meetings insuring staff that “if you are willing to learn something new, there is a place for you” or “there are going to be so many jobs available for recovery efforts“ Bold face lies. I have been with this company for 15 years and a leadership role. I am the only person that told my staff to get their resumes ready and start applying for a job outside of this organization; the cyber attack was made. They are not bringing back several business units and leaving provider searching for new vendors after making promises that we would assist them and get them back up to processing provider should sue this company and I am embarrassed to have them listed on my résumé.

This is the worst "leadership" team in the 15 years I have been here. They lie and blindside staff. Unprofessional backstabbers who only care about themselves.
they thought the townhall would hide the capital hill grilling, just like they thought not having MFA wasn't a big deal. get with the times!
this company has turned into a absolute joke under sir andrew s****y
Any idea when the next layoffs are? Wanna jump ship before getting canned as there are hardly any wfh jobs out there that are for health care professionals. Most require PMP, data analyst degree, MBA etc.
It’s true, talk to recruiters, the hiring managers aren’t willing to teach. If you don’t check every box, required and preferred, you’re rejected outright. So where exactly do you go to learn?
I agree. They are lying to us as they need people to stay as long as possible to keep the wheels on the bus. However they already have plans for the phasing down of multiple lines of businesses and departments. Once they are ready they will discard employees en mass. These ‘leaders’ are some of the most corrupt around.
