Wow, about the shareholder meeting and Randy's compensation. Is Scott still on payroll?
The tactics will likely mirror '23 and '22 with a late Q3 RIF of approximately 250 across much of the org - that way they can continue covering his cabin and comp - which will placate shareholders for the remainder of '24 easing Omniscam into '25.
The annual shareholders meeting was a joke. 3 minutes and no questions, I attended but the control number was ‘bad’. I had to join ad a guest and Randy talked very fast for 3 minutes and the call ended. A slap in the face to shareholders. He took 11 million last year in compensation, which is criminal. When I called 800 tech line about control number they said to talk to my broker. I feel Omnicell purposely shut out shareholders from asking questions.
It will likely start to come from the international business. I saw here a while back that German manufacturing would be hit and that’s been announced now. Obviously there’s a plan there so hopefully we will see more cuts over there. Thats not a meaningful business anyway and the losses must be worrying for Randy who has plenty of other worries at present.
