AUD 143K Base
$70k OTE
$15K LTI/RSU
AM 2 - £32k OTE
AM 3 - £44k OTE
AM 4 - £55k OTE

Whats with the downvotes and comments from HR?
why not to check adverts - some states mandate to show expected salary brackets others be seen as approximations on linkedin or other ?
