There are so many companies talked about on this site that I doubt there is any one company on here that could access who wrote what. Of course like another comment said don't use your company issued device to access this site. I'm sure if a post was deemed threatening or defamatory in nature, there could be ways for a company to subpoena data but it would have to be worth their while. Also there may be some sort of AI algorithm that in theory a company could use to determine writing style. But let's be honest, this is Dell we are talking about. They are still focusing on Apex and the next big not a thing.

You know corporate collabs with every website( including glassdoor) and " anonymous survey at your company" .
The business model for these websites is make Money- they are not a charity.
Has anyone raised any ethics cases and had them actioned in a way that would benefit the team members? For the betterment of the common "hands on keyboard" worker?
