Just announced that the lakeside mall in Sterling Heights,Michigan will be closing July first. The media said that Macy’s and JCPenney will stay open. Does anyone know for how long?

Says Macy's and JCP will receive face-lift. No idea how sales are at this store. Fairlane makes sales and will likely close. Mall is dead and dangerous
Macys and JCP agreed to sell their properties to the owner of Lakeside. I doubt either will stay around and pay rent once those deals close.
