We know Citi is promoting project movement to India. We have expert MD and D to manage large portfolio. Why we need H1b developers and leads sitting idle in USA ?move them completely to India. You can make good productivity with less cost. Instead of sponsoring a SVP or VP in USA, you can sponsor a big team in India.
These SVP’s , VP’s are eating our credits without any recognition.

Because some of the MDs/Directors moved here from APAC on L1 visas so they favor H1Bs and also these folks say don’t challenge their strategy and decisions.
Why do you need imports from APAC, aka Singapore? Have not seen a single imported resource being laid off this cycle. How does the business have funding to sponsor their visas and green cards in addition to flying them via business class with their families ? Can’t they work from their local country through zoom ? Most of them are docile, can’t even communicate!
OP is perfect example of what’s wrong with this company and what is happening to it. The same people spitting and getting a bird bath in the bathroom sink, quality of work from these people is poor all around. You get what you pay for and they are surprised they are hemorrhaging funds at the seams. The only diversity at this institution is which part of India you are from.
