Who is driving the bus?…….off the cliff??…… and why??
This company is run by toddlers who lack the foresight to put together any type of plan of action. The most reactive leadership(and I use that word with extreme prejudice) I have ever experienced. This company is managed backwards.
Optum’s business plan:
- Lay off everyone
- Uh-oh let’s have a meeting to discuss who is going to do the work
- Well that meeting did nothing so let’s schedule another one
- Ge-z why don’t we have another meeting to accomplish nothing
- 4 weeks later…. No plan still. Let’s start planning the next round of layoffs
