Please tell me we aren’t going to have people bringing animals to the office. It’s the one place we don’t have to put up with the obnoxious dogs and their entitled owners. That would be ridiculous!
Imagine if we tried to unionize over this.

Several businesses have been contemplating the idea of adopting a policy that allows employees to bring their beloved furry companions, whether it be a dog or a cat, to work. It has been proven that having pets in the workplace can effectively alleviate stress and foster a stronger sense of camaraderie, especially as we transition to a 4-5 day work week in the office.
It is a head count reduction disguised as a collaboration policy. The bank needs to reduce head count and they hope they can make the environment as miserable as possible to drive workers away. Why else would BR say, 'if they don't like it they can quit'!
Well management does need control to be effective and build the brand. Coming into the office helps the overall team. I do think they may want to redesign the floor layout. The open environment can be a distraction due to noise. I would recommend bringing back the assigned tall wall cubicles.
Leaders addressing negative RTO comments seemed quite annoyed that the peons weren’t quietly falling inline. Imagine if we all stopped going to the office at all. What would they do? Fire everyone?!?!
They can't control you if they can't see you. RTO right around the election. Pay attention!!!
