Work the absolute minimum. Prioritize your family, prioritize your friends, prioritize your alone time...in essence, prioritize everything over work. Truist doesn't deserve more from you.

What happened?
I’ve been quiet quitting since the merger. I can’t quit any harder, man.
Unfortunately I tend to agree, the company is trying to provide just enough to keep you around but nothing more, cutting benefits, under funding the bonus pool especially for non sales teammates, hence the reason back office and support is a revolving door.
