Thread regarding VMware layoffs

CloudHealth is being outsourced.

All CloudHealth sales/marketing/technical support will be outsourced to Arrow Electronics, Inc. Not at all surprised. Oh well, it was fun while it lasted.
Time to move on to other endeavors. Peace Out....

"Why not just sell it to Arrow? CloudHealth is a good product, but didn't fit the VMware portfolio very well, let alone broadcom's.

I recall Arrow being mentioned alongside HCL who are doing the commercial account support as well for vSphere etc."

I know nothing about Arrow so I can't comment on that group but I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with HCL and I would not wish them on my worst enemy. Their management talks a big game but they lack knowledgeable resources to back up what they sell to their unsuspecting customers.
