What ever happened to that? Execs keep delaying but they took hefty bonus and raise themselves. They will eventually lose all good employees and replace them with offshore hacks.

No money for employee raise but where does the money come from for executive bonuses? Does that money grow in a different tree?
Sabre is a DEI hire company. You will have to pay for inflation and incompetent DEI hires in low cost locations.
re: @3tgq+1sjCl9Gj
that is true but in this case the comparison being made was between making a profit vs a loss
BTW, it looks like not financial results crashed the stock price, but the earnings conference.
You cannot compare earning per share between different companies.
haha. If you are in the US you will NEVER get more than 3-4% per year. The company just posted a $70m loss. Did you see the debt that is due in 3 years? Billions!!! How can they pay anything when they have not earned one single penny since 2019?
The quarterly results were terrible. A loss of $0.19 versus the expected loss of $0.10. Amadeus is expected to post a profit of $0.79 per share next Wednesday. The Sabre stock price crashed 11.34% today and will probably crash lower next week, likely into the $1.50 ballpark. We might finally regain profitability in a year or so but we might declare bankruptcy before then.
I have the same feelings. I'm leaving if my raise is less than 4%
Despite positive qtrly results spin, costs are major issue for another several years. Don’t look for much of a raise if any. It’s past time looking for a new employer..
My take home is slightly less today than 5 years ago. That does not even take account of inflation. Including inflation, my take home is significantly less than 5 years ago. I really do not understand how it is possible. I am leaving if the pay raise this year is below 4%. O just cannot turn down better paying options forever. Most of my competent colleagues feel the same way.
English please.
