We got an email about sending new hires a my moment recognition message in the first few weeks on the job and that sounds nice but made me wonder how bad turnover is and is this a way to try to beg people to stay? Does anyone know if turnover is through the roof with the need to be in offce so frequently? Is it a revolving door? is the labor market tapped out near the One ADP locations and there is a low leak of labor?

It is a revolving door.. I worked at one of their centers and it seems like every week they had a group of new hires waiting in the lobby for their 1st day at work.. ADP is a company that pays low wages and people come and go very quickly. As well, they are very profit based and when year end comes along, then they will layoff people to make the books look good. Watch for lots of layoffs by the end of june as is typical for ADP.
If you are doing your job then you wouldnt have time to worry about layoffs. Get back to work!!
How about it's just a nice thought. People are not in the office too much these days and it's a way of reaching out to new hires to make them feel welcome.
Talent is a challenge in most one ADP locations. Most of the lower level service positions are a turn style, yes. While others in higher job grades are lifers
Go into the office so frequently? Said another way…..going to work.
I retired 4 years ago but I seem to remember getting those emails from time to time so it doesn't seem out of line with past practice.
