Walmart can’t even bill vision claims correctly and they’ve been trying to figure it out since the 90s. It’s really not a surprise they shut it down.
Imagine how many millions was spent from payroll, planning, space, etc for them to just shut it off.
Honestly, surprised neighborhood markets still have pharmacies. Mine has no volume and the pharmacist is expensive!
Walmart couldn’t give 2 sh--s about employees.
RIP Walmart Health. John Furner's email to the company saying to reach out and show appreciation to everyone involved in Walmart Health...the day after they were all laid off. Keeping it classy.
Wait - no more Walmart health at all? I thought they had huge plans for more roll outs? I’m so sad for all these people
I'm so sad....TJ@FortWorth
Wow! The entire program will be shut down?
Yes. Walmart home office employees that supported the Walmart Health business development, rollout, etc. were laid-off today. The whole program is being shut down. The official announcement is supposed to be made to the media tomorrow. So far, they are getting the standard Walmart severance packages.
