I think a specialist or tech advisor knows more than a vp from a technical perspective, so if they fire you hem you really are incompetent.
Don’t be ridiculous. I know people have been fired. I doubt that people, even in an organization this size, get fired every month. And I know you’re speaking in hyperbole but I’ll say it anyway, you can’t get fired for “smiling the wrong way”. There has to be a paper trail and cause. And that’s in the states. I can only imagine how much more lenient they are up north…So I don’t know what rock you are living underneath.
People get fired every month, it’s not just announced or published. So I don’t know under which rock you are living.
The HR is draconian in there ways and u could get fired for smiling the wrong way
It takes an act of congress to get fired from this company…getting laid off is another story but I digress. No specialists and advisors can’t fire you.
If they don’t show above you in the Workday org chart, they don’t have the needed access to fire you.
