Hey Optum HR....hopefully you get rid of all managers from NH. They are toxic. They received their promotions by means of friendship, being perky, blonde, butt kisser or DEI. The Director speaks negative about good workers in meetings, they are lazy, poor commicators and the most evil back stabbing irresponsible managers all the way to the top.

I had an experience with HR that was very positive. Had an abusive manager and his boss was also equally as bad. I went to HR with only the facts I could prove. The CPM “retired” 3 months later(ish). A few months later their managers boss also “retired”. They actually did the right thing. I found out later that the majority of my team had gone to HR over the same issues. So there was evidently power in numbers. I also got the highest bonus they could give me (Pennie’s, but still felt like remediation). Document what you can and hope you have a manager that’s stupid enough to say the most egregious statements in a team meeting. I couldn’t live like that another day. I was physically ill. It’s the first time I felt the company identified a sick structure and took action. I think ST is a blessing for clin ops

Whenever you do it, make sure you have irrefutable evidence. I am going through the same thing.

I have high suspicion that your immediate leadership knows or can guess who filled which survey in a team of 20 or less.
At least your manager can guess who the employee is. If manager can't, he/she is not a good manager!! That's why, survey comments should not reach to immediate leadership.
I am sure, other companies do differently. My previous company did differently to receive most honest feedback with highest possible anonymity

HR is there for the company

If you complain it typically goes to your managers manager who going to have obvious bias

As a manager I was privy to most everything

Get a lawyer. HR is worthless and both your manager and HR will play the hypocrite role.

@1yff+1siBPKKl i hope that’s true! my CTM is cr-p. Just a micromanaging bullying living he-l. Doesn’t know anything, little experience, just kisses a-s to the director and treats coordinators like little d-mb kids, abuses corrective action plans just to assert control. She’s a middle manager megalomaniac who doesn’t realize she’s just a disposable bottom feeder fish too lol

lol. This is Chris Bongartz’s style, RIP to RX-Infrastructure. His nepotism and gaslighting skills are phenomenal so maybe he should Abraham Santiago to teach us the way.

THIS IS THE WAY

Both are standard across the business sadly. HR Direct will investigate but it won’t do much but put a target on your back. This is typical work and manipulative behavior they pull and encourage management to pull

Is everyone talking about navi ctms? Or? I heard they are next anyhow for the boot and they are being watched closely for all the complaints filed against them. Pretty reliable person who said this.

Remember… HR is not your friend. They work for the company. Address your concerns to them and open a case, as the other poster stated. Keep good notes…
If HR does not help you out.. you may need to consult a lawyer. Good luck!

If you have human resources available, contact them and explain your situation. Open up a case and they will investigate. Involve the People team if it's available. Involve corporate. Leaders should not be acting out as such. Let senior leadership know and it will stop. Best wishes
