How can a company cut lay off staff with no regard to company spending? The Las Vegas leadership was seen partying it up last night in a suite paid by the company for the Golden Knights game. How is this ok?

These clowns partying while the company burns to the ground showcases that Optum execs only know how to spend money at li---r and co----e levels (Covid spending). During a severe financial crisis they are at a loss because they have no sense of how work is performed across lines of business.
Do as I say, not as I do… these little leadership outings happen all of the time, and then we get memos with no unauthorized travel for people working when they travel. Hypocrites! No worries, I don't want to travel, I don't want to attend your little rah rah - aren't we great sessions because it's all lies. I hope the bonus money we didn't get helped fund your little executive outing. One of the Optum care outings a few years ago resulted in them all returning positive for COVID-19, our mighty medical leaders! Karma may Optum get what it deserves.
