I heard they are looking at the RVPs. They have slowly RIF’d these positions in the past year. It’s a “gaggle of hens” who have no idea what their team does. Only a few are good and need saving but these upper middle management have zero solutioning skills and are highly paid to pass on information from the Directors or lower team members to the VP. If the company was smart, they need to trim that fat.
