BM spin-off Kyndryl accused of discriminating on basis of age, race, disability --
I am not sure how good our sales are doing. I do know that a good number of our customers are underwhelmed with customer support. We take an honest thousand yard view. We really do not provide any more special services. That any other similar company in our industry does. The real difference with us and our competition. The competition is smaller leaner less of a dinosaur pushing old IBM idea's and bureaucracies. I think this company is in real trouble. Wait and see, I am reasonably sure. I will be looking for a job before the year is over,.
Do you really think the federal government is going to look out for you. Reality check the government is bought and paid for by the supermassive rich corporations and their equally rich 0.01% billionaires. Your on your own. Kyndryl is and will shed jobs sooner than later. They will do this with impunity.
Does it matter? Kyndryl won't be in business soon anyway. I heard that the sales pipeline has been pathetic for some time now. Have you heard of any new customers?
If the EEOC is substantiated then Kyndryl will be forced to make a change. Or if EEOC states there has been some wrong doing this can be pushed into the court of law.
So what? A couple years ago the EEOC concluded that IBM did engage in Age Discrimination! What was the penalty? Apparently nothing, or at least not much. They never changed their behavior, and neither will Kyndryl.
It’s just bad management practices.
Not surprised at all. I seen some very shady layoffs in certain groups, HR is involved and they are not following protocols.
Based on the bad practices they may even face class action law suit the way they have handled layoffs
