Disorganized, poorly ran, made light of a bad situation, lots of “we think” ,”we hope”,”we believe”, stammering, vague and uncertain. There’s no one I know who watched it who walked away feeling good about it much less motivated.
The statement of “instead of asking what can upper management do to make things better, ask what can you do to make things better”, was a little lame in my opinion. “What can we do” you say? Oh I don’t know, we followed your lead, your direction. I mean you’re the captain of the ship, we are just the deck hands. YOU navigate the ship, we just do what we are told. Now, here you are looking over your crew asking “Guys, we’re in a tough spot, what can you do to get us out of it? By the way, I still need to get the lion’s share of any rewards since I’m the captain. So, what can you guys do to get us out of this? “. What the he-l?!?!
