My team is hearing more chatter about hiring freezes and not being able to back fill when positions open up. At the same time upper managers are asking for productivity data and they are quietly restructuring roles and duties of their buddys in middle management like they're trying to justify those positions in preparation for cuts. Any one else seeing this?

One way to guarantee success, be a female involved in a BRG, if you're a minority, double your odds for success. If you happen to be g-y, and can be involved in 3 BRG's, well, step aside Kevin, we have our new leader. Until then, get used to working for Kate Bailey, but she only has 2 of the three under her belt.
For over 2 years now, yes. From my POV, it was all HVAC folks getting donkey punched, as they didn't have the allies when the groups were refolded in again. Now it's traditional plumbing scrambling. Notice WW has been left out of this mess. That's Kevin for you- you guys go fight it out to be over a 10%, but I am going to leave WW alone over here.
Ferg could lose half its Ops staff, and still be heavy on a per cap basis compared to any other distributor. Wouldn't want to be one of those this season.
