Job postings ? Where ?
We need people in our team and all requests for FTE hiring gets rejected by higher management.
Because actual high performers, people with actual brains who think aren’t valued. Their definition of a “high performer” is a yes ma’am/sir kind of worker who cuts corners and does a pi-s poor job but works fast, in effect helps company save money and make metrics for leadership look good.
Because these fools that they have put in director roles are intimidated by people who actually know what they are doing. You are a target if you are not an a-s-kisser.
If you believe the company cares about retaining talent they have invested many years in, think again.
If it means saving a few dollars for a couple months, they’re all over it, even if it means all that knowledge goes to a competitor.
Need the data to show why offshore is necessary. Get rid of the curve breakers and the story starts to take shape.
It’s sad to see so many people were laid off. Within the last few days, United posted a ton of new job openings smh
It's not about performance; it's about money and greed!
$94 billion is not enough... they give no bonuses nor raises to those who work.
It's all for their pockets and shareholder value.
It is just a money making machine.
Reduce cost increase profits and shareholder value.
Simple math.
Favorites selected typically high performers are too busy working to play these a$$ kiss games.
Because the director who selected their name didn't like them? Yes directors and managers are given a list and told to select. Don't let them fool you. It's ok because their day is next even when they think they are safe.
Because they're just a number on an excel sheet.
$$$$$
Because everyone with skills here are "Target - ed."
