they already have outsourcing to phillipines with the it support and csr functions. in the US, they hire 100Z% remote as a temp hired by an agency then wtw works you for a bit til they get rid of you to cut costs. could be just a 2, 3 month stint or 2 years and you'd still be a temp without ANY sort of PTO or benefits. how lovely. such sc-m! and the supervisors and managers are total trash, look like b-ms and slobs.

I deal with their Philippines staff. They are terrible at their jobs and know nothing about their industry.
I'm a contractor and appalled at their Philippines hiring, it has to cost them more in the long run with these terrible staff.
Wtw has been good to me, but dealing with them is a laughable.
