What about care advocate case managers that call the members. Are we safe?

Some of these comments are totally inaccurate. Call center jobs (inbound calls) and calling the members (outbound calls) are contractual with members and will stay unless members contracts are rewritten.
The call center jobs need to go, very ineffective. There is no return on investment, meaning you cost more than you benefit the company. Your time is limited.
BHA's are part of cost reduction. And no, that doesn't make them completely safe. They layed off about 55 BHA's back in 2019. Anything is possible with this company.
No. You guys don’t do much anyway with most folks not answering and you all acting like you’re working with all that busy work. Management has been watching you for awhile and they know your role really isn’t offering much benefit to to mbrs. Despite what we may say you’re not safe!
