Thread regarding Optum layoffs

Next Survey Post layoff

Post the mass layoff that are yet to come this company has to meet certain criteria regulatory etc. Their surveys are mandatory and the best thing everyone can do is stop helping them pass the survey. If they have zero participation than entities like NCQA etc can’t give them what the want no matter how big a check they give to the auditor. Hence the board would have to get involved and do their job instead of just running and cashing in on their shares.

I have heard through the grapevine that the surveys are NOT anonymous and could be used in a future round of layoffs. Just don’t do it!!!

Why would you ever waste time on surveys? There is zero upside ever. Company going through the motions and has on record if you are stupid enough to leave a free form record of your thoughts to be used in your eventual termination.
