Hearing senior community care has more coming in July. This time clinical, Sam’s, Sims and other back office staff will be consolidated and many will be gone. Oh the joys of working at Optum. Hope to get out before you should to

Business analysts, data analysts, project managers, supplemental data and education teams are going to be combined and greatly reduced. The cross training of teams to cover multiple areas will begin and result in massive layoffs fot these roles. The ones left behind will be so overworked they will wish they were let go. The managers and directors will be let go first, take that as your sign it's coming.

They are caving in senior community care, bailing on ISNP and gutting the in-home care model. Optum trying to convince Navi employees to not whistle blow and HouseCalls not yielding the same return given CMS final rule changes impacting coding Count on more layoffs in July with August term date.

I've heard something similar. I'm full of anxiety right now. I dread the job hunt process. 😩
