So the leadership got us into a downward spiral and had no idea how to get out of it. They hired outside consultants to tell them what to do as they didn’t have a clue. The situation was so lost that the figured the only answer is to lay people off. So they let go of 300 managing director, so they could turn around and hire 310 and brag about how they streamlined things and removed layers. Sure the stock price has gone up but the only way was embrace the suggested layoff advice from the consultants. Innovation wasn’t there, new products or offerings were not there. Such an abysmal display of leadership showing how lost, clueless and lack of vision. Only to circle back around with how proud they are of themselves as to how things have unfolded.

There’s no worst leaders, only worse leaders! The next succeeding generation is worse! I am able to see the future from new managers who are taking over!
Who needs competent leadership when you can just hire expensive consultants to do the work for you, it's truly impressive how our leaders managed to transform a simple problem into a full-blown circus, step right up, folks, and watch the show. I can't wait to see what brilliant decisions they'll make next.
Which Completely make sense as Citi is not in position to trust any manager and every one have own priorities more that organization goals, like promoting favourite people and commissions from vendors and more than work making sure on ego is satisfied over others..so why one should trust these immature leaders.
