No fresh hiring in SD. Attrition will result in net hc loss.
Don’t expect lay offs this fiscal year. It will be several years before QC lays off again.

Yes. Heard the same too. My IT team has been trained in GTP prompts. We are going to replace you all with IT Prompt Engineers. Look for the new title in workday after ER.
