Think they hired Elon Musk cuz looks like they want to auto pilot the front stores. Let them go unmanned 100pct zero payroll half the people walk off with stuff or scan only half there order at self checkouts anyway, plus Karen and the board are Woke so just let the pieces fall where they may.
I think they are talking about internal ugliness. Project much?
Why would you care about people’s looks? Learning about ugly people? So superficial.
There is no culture at CVS. And sending emails about “culture of this” or “culture of that” is NOT how you build a culture! Everyone from the top down is completely miserable. Karen aged about 30 years in the few years she’s been there. Even the executives can’t smile correctly, they have frowns that they can’t smile through. Employees across the organization put up with so much trauma from either being laid off or feeling threatened by the next layoff. Or being re-orged into a different role they didn’t choose to be in. It takes a toll on everyone’s physical health as well as their mental health.
Do you think drastic changes are happening to the front store? Hours are being cut more this year, than last year.
