Katie Farmer (2023 Railroader Of The Year) is certainly pushing Precision Railroading without having the courage to call it that. Like the other railroads BNSF is destroying itself. Death By a Thousand Cuts. If Katie chooses to continue to Cut Off, eventually nothing will be left. Big Layoffs, possibly shop closures are about to happen. Let's Go Katie!

I am a machinist at bnsf alliance. A shop where we once had over 300 machinists now he have roughly 130 with 14 yet to retire and people quiting left and right. There mentality is push push. Making impossible expectations, and threatening us on a daily. Bnsf has went from the best job I have worked at to the worst
BNSF has been doing PSR for years now. Nothing new here
