No doubt. Bait and switch hiring. What was positioned as a sales support role where we’d step in and support pursuits, with a focus on billable hours and team leadership. What it turned into is billing 40 split over 6 projects and severe pressure to cold call my network. Most of my connections don’t work in my specific space, so I spend way to much time doing business development outside of my BU.
