This company is a circus show. There is no transparency about goals and expectations. They are grasping at draconian actions such as using Sapience to intimidate staff. I’m already prepared to litigate and am informing everyone to get your business affairs in order to protect yourselves. They are doing a good job in harassing their employees.

Totally open known facts…our total joint efforts are totally for the shareholders…9 hrs a day…very little to no backfilling positions…FB lives by wants more done with fewer people…make up your own mind…is this a company you want to remain at?
It is litigate not literate.One can litigate for numerous reasons particularly involving EEO matters. You can’t litigate if the CEO is trying to ruin the company. That is not in his interest. Rather he’s wanting to get to a skeleton crew level that is efficient hence the deployment of Sapience in all divisions. If anything Frank is more inclined to sell and then enjoy his fortunes.
