Vendors are being paid late
Re-inking contracts for 70% NCR share on referrals!
Delaying projects that impact banks roadmaps
Disorganized and slow to market on any solution
I've worked here for 5 years and this all feels like it is organized to have negative impacts on fintechs to delay their market reach. Their is no way a company does all this to go to market with vendor products when it takes years in talks and no one has coded anything for a real use.

we split a couple months ago in our area. The few Voyix CEs are running ragged going to different states. Total chaos! On the Atleos side we are sitting around doing not much of anything. We get a report every morning of closed calls per day. Were lucky to close 1-3 calls on average a day. and we just hired 2 people. Meanwhile Voyix had 1 rec that was since canceled. Total mess!
Update they just left those 2 people go!!!!
Business as usual.
After many years of being a generalist tech and handling both retail/financial. This is the best it’s been for me and many other techs now only running financial. Thank god did not end up on Voyix.

Dumpster fire !! Sadly there is no other way to describe it. A hundred plus year old company that will fail not because it was losing market share, or didn't change with the times, but because of stupid decisions made by head management. This company needs undercover boss badly. After many years working here, I just find it sad. It's like seeing a loved one get cancer, and there's nothing you can do.
Someone tell wallstreet we are still one company lol. The so called split sc--wed everything real good.
We are a “self healing culture”, get off the hamster wheel. Stop and as--s how to do better then go to your manager who has no authority and watch your great idea die and get stuck in the minutia of beauracratic nonsense. “We havent reconsidered the fact that we have no space or parking for employees but show up or be fired” Whatever management book we are using in the executive suite deserves a book burning party. Morale cant be lower across the Voyix board. Off the rails is an understatement
Some video clips at NCRU are not accessible because of the domain change.
Only thing going well is “Mullet boy’s” retirement and “Davies” pay raises. Them 2 make a swarm of locus look like good thing.
If any bank found out how the key process is actually used by techs, they would have a stroke. It is and has been a joke for decades.
Service is going to be sc--wed also, voyix and Atleos have not actually split, service technicians are still doing work for both companies, the parts system is not figured out yet, places that have offices are still shared, voyix employees are still holding bank keys after how long? If the hard split actually happens and employees only work for one company, it’s going to get uglier than it already is, customers are going to suffer with horrific service. Try to think of anything that is going well?
