HR and TA are useless. They just post bullsh-t job opportunities on linkedin and then waste money on local community colleges hoping that in 5 years some of these kids will be d-mb enough to work for GF.

GF HR is the worst; they bring ZERO value to the company. The head of HR has no thoughts of her own and no value. HR policies and ethic policies only apply at certain levels and below, if one is high enough up, they can do whatever they want and get away with it.
And the fact that they helped run Global into the ground
Yes, with attrition (people quitting) and no hiring, the headcount isn't high enough to support current HR staffing.
