For those of you recently laid off, are you having any luck finding new roles? Internal or external? If internal, are you landing at same, higher, or lower GLs?

Got one interview for same pay grade. Found out this morning I didn’t get it.
Laid off 4/18. Landed a better position with the company one pay grade above my current with a significant pay increase. Feeling very lucky. The rest of my team haven't gotten so much as an interview.
It is a joke! I get all these emails saying my skills match these positions. I’ve never been in sales nor have I worked in the area of vision and dental. Maybe having glasses and going to the dentist qualifies? Good grief!
I've gotten 2 interviews for two grade levels below my current, that's about it. I have an interview outside the company next week and I am hoping to get out of this place.
I received another internal role offer. Pretty much had to take it cuz once they offered a position my severance is voided. Still interviewing around though.
I applied for over 80+ internal roles and still nothing worked out so I am still in my same role. So goodluck and godless you as we slave in this modern day slave ship
Agree with last poster. UHG checking a box to mitigate risk of lawsuits, government fines, and bad press. Why would you even want to stay at a place that didn’t think to find alternate roles for you before laying you off anyway?-Toxic culture, poor leadership, numerous class actions and government investigations time to move on
You won’t have any luck. It’s just for show to meet regulatory laws and equal opportunity etc. Take your severance apply for unemployment and detox from this place.
