Funny how this store has huge lack of communication between employees and management. They love cutting hours, all they want us to do is get credit cards. As we bust our butts they get bonuses, but can’t give us a pay raise. And favoritism is really big in the store and it has a really high turnover rate.

Pretty amazing the company lets the front line talent starve as the do nothing managers flourish.
Fun Fact: The Macon store has the largest Crappie in captivity in the state of Georgia.
