It looks to me to be a sweat heart deal by the City of Sidney to WTA. I would have to agree with Watchorn statement THIS IS A VERY GOOD DEAL FOR WTA. However for the residents deal it borders a mistake but more then likely the major of Sidney is lying to the residents to give WTA a huge benefit in this transaction. Debate
