What's going on with career services or workforce engagement? Is that the name? Do they still have career directors and advisors?

The Directors are running it into the ground because they do not know what they are doing. And people wonder why the Bootcamp business is failing but are too blind to see that the directors are the problem.They have ZERO understanding of Career Services and career coaching . Their "leadership" is fear based and they consistently lie and gaslight anyone that challenges them . They fired the people that actually know what is going on and was pushing for quality services. It took them over a year to come up with one project and they are still not moving forward with it because once again, they have no clue what they are doing . Career Coaches in the past were trained in 3 weeks and ready to be coaching and always had a stellar student satisfaction . Now they are cutting students off at day 90 and expect them to only meet with career coaches once a month but they didn't tell anyone about meeting with career coaches once a month . So no wonder students are mad about the services they are receiving .
First mistake hiring someone from South Africa that doesn't give two sh--s about the work the career services team does and doesn't know anything. Second was hiring a follower. They are aiming for a quantity instead of quality. They don't understand that quality leads to quantity . But you can't argue with stupid .
It doesn't escape notice that you have a penchant for posting your fear drenched rants either near or after sunset.
You truly seem to live as if you're Consumed with both Rage and Fear! So, so sad of an existence you seem to have!
