Would product managers and program managers in US be impacted as well?
Does it make sense to move these roles to GCC?

@2kpi+1sd1DW3m No it means the exact opposite. The careful wording is supposed to reassure existing employees, but “substantially completed” is not “completed”.

They need the good employees that are left to stay and help migrate to OneDev and to train their GCC replacements before letting them go.
