Low morale caused by the low morals of leadership here. More mussels for management to munch on the mighty morsels. We are all chum to them to munch on.

Low morale is intentionally done by design. Why? Leaders want people to leave to avoid paying for severance, unemployment and its perfect alibi - it’s not our fault as they said ! It’s all about avoiding accountability and justification to move more work offshore. In the meantime, they sit in their ivory towers collecting bonuses/options being praised by the Boa$d and shareholders 👎

Manager.... you must not be very observant. Respectfully.

According to the illustrious egomaniacal leaders under M.E., the morale should be rainbows and sunshine. Especially after 5 re-organizations in 3 years and layoffs every 3 months. Let me guess the next comment in this thread: “Nothing to do with layoffs, move on.” Hi, leader!

I mean literally the only way morale could get lower is if there was a finance glitch on salaries.

It is otherwise as low as it could be as an organization.

It looks like they are intent on lowering the morale bar until only Flat Stanley can limbo under it.
