@zcp+1scY3MtW What ever gave you the idea they did? The days of companies giving a rip about employees died 30 years ago. Now we have narcissist employees and brats for employees 40 and younger who whine about their jobs (instead of going elsewhere) and announce “well, I need to do somethings at home so I’m going to take a work from him day! (We have been back in the office in their division for 3 years.)

Problem with Enterprise Operations is they perform low value work that requires no special skills, so they’re easily offshoreable
