Their pay is similar to other leaders in the field and less than plenty others. Since ceos earn over 50m a year and in finance it could be over 100m.
As someone who didn't get a raise I do take solace that the top 5 leaders also didn't get a raise in 23 and only earned 60% of their bonus.
Yes layoffs su-k! I've had to layoff as a manager and had friends lose their job. The plus side is most of them bounced back quickly and are happier today which is why I'm also strongly looking to leave. The tension and overall mood is horrible here
What a joke, so hard working individuals dont get anything and the lazy execs doing a less that average job get these insane bonuses, talk about taking advantage of people and in the end they do some party and give out 25$ gift cards
Just imagine what their increase would be if they were actually good leaders!
They get raises while stock price has been flat for 2+ years, getting hacked costing billions, subject to DOJ investigation, and doing mass layoffs. WTF!
Board of directories should be absolutely ashamed. No raises for 30+ and half bonuses. Look at the increase in their equity grants from last year! WTF!
Integrity is one of the companies core values. This is the opposite of that.
CEO's target bonus $3M. Didn't quite get there last year but really?! Something is so wrong with this picture along with all the other overpaid execs.
That is insane. A casual 13% increase year over year after Common Review where now GL 30s and up did not see a raise for the first time and we got less than half of our bonuses. Fu---d, fu-k this place
