After all these layoff...all worker bees are gone or ready to leave....no incentive for the masses....just bloated departments with more managers and directors with few to none to direct or manage..LOL

And not a decent director between them!
Had a flurry of new projects towards the end that were promising. Employees were doing their jobs, but management was incoherent on how it should incorporate into the business. Now all the competent employees are gone and the only ones remaining are the managers that didn't know how to handle the work in the first place. So incredibly sad.
It's sht show everywhere. Wrong people in jobs they can't do. But was glad to hear of someone who did the shtty on someone else to make himself look important and justify his presence get shafted...can't wait to hear of him being let go, karma and all that. Lol.
It's a sh@t show. Especially in the Rochester offices. Leadership making the corporate kool-aid trying to pass it off as "truth". Unhappy employees staying only for the paycheck. Moral is obsolete. Culture has dwindled away and certain managers who stayed should have been let go. *rolls eyes" A lot of brown nosing and a××kissing.
It's horrible.
