For those still here, not a single message from leadership addressing the layoffs. Two vey general emails about changes to the org and some “retirements”. I wholeheartedly believe they were forced “ retirements”. Nothing to allay fears. No transparency. Is there any way to get this covered in the news so they HAVE to address it to us?!!!

So glad I took a job elsewhere the layoff ends I start the next week elsewhere
You are a renter, not an owner. Employees that paint, change flooring. etc. and then get booted from the lease will be sour. Sleep, shower and then go have some fun.
If you’re still there and thinking “I’m thankful to still have a job”, this is where they want you to be.
But, they’ll keep dangling those layoffs over your head, week after week. Month after month to keep you in this mindset.
Is that any way to live?
They don’t live that way. Take a look at their compensation packages.
Start looking for something else now, don’t be a sitting duck.

I believe they have not told anything because more lay offs are coming.
Beckers has all ready reached out and crickets. Management or Leadership has a devine right to lay everyone off. You’re just a number getting in the way of profits.!
