Today it seems like yesterday but not quite like tomorrow. So I know what has been will be and what will be has been.
Yes please keep on getting your yearly covid shots. Maybe even double up every other year just to be safe

Viruses mutate as they spread. The yearly flu vaccination is the same concept. Identify the strain they believe will be most prominent that winter, build a vaccine around it. Some people (elderly, health issues) are encouraged to get it, healthy people likely don't need it. Nothing new here. Welcome to science.
