As Landmark/HBMC, Sr community care, Navi and Housecalls become one what is the next to go? Each function as their own business but there has to be a lot of internal overlap. How many shared services will be cut? NPs, SW, NCM , ect? It feels like we could lose whole departments.

So sad they want improvement fire those VPs and DCO in places that failed toxic culture
This isn’t even the first one so how can they act like that? Guess they think no one remembers when the field CTMs and SCMs were let go last summer?!
I've been thinking about this too! I'm in Care Transitions/ Navi. They act like this April layoff is the only layoff but there has to be more coming.
If you think in terms of increasing those risk scores and getting more money for those scores. That the way they will determine who stays. So anything else is just fluff and than they will ruin the whole company. Your stellar reputation will be gone till it resembles just a thought
